The 911 Good Samaritan bill just passed out of the rules committee 12-0. It is now headed to the speaker of the house for a full house vote. We still have the senate after this but this is the farthest this bill has ever gone. Thank you to all for the support and sticking by this bill for 5 years. Thank you Representative Steven Lynch for your hard work as this bills sponsor!

House bill 294 which is the 911 Good Samaritan Law passed out of the House committee on crime prevention and public safety this morning with a vote of 9-1. It now goes to the select committee for another vote and hopefully then to he speaker of the house for a full vote on the house floor. Thank you to everyone that testified and our biggest thank you goes to Representative   Steven Lynch   for all your hard work sponsoring this bill.

Great news to share from Jefferson City, tomorrow morning at 8 a.m we will have our first hearing on house bill 294 which is the 911 Good Samaritan Law before the house committee on crime prevention and public safety.  Kathi Arbini  and I will be there to testify on this life saving legislation. As always we owe a huge thank you to the bill sponsor and our amazing friend Representative  Steven Lynch .
