Late night watching habits and mental reset

I’ve been curious lately about how people actually decide what to watch when the day is almost over. Some friends tell me they just keep scrolling until they feel sleepy, while others say they intentionally switch to very calm content. What do you usually do? I’ve noticed that my own evenings feel completely different depending on that choice. If I end up watching fast or highly stimulating videos, my mind stays active much longer than I want. It makes me think that the way we end the day online might quietly shape how well we recover overnight.

it easier to avoid endless searching and just settle into something steady.
