Our Services

Regardless of your situation we are passionate about making certain anyone suffering from addiction has someone who hears them. We work with professionals across the country to get addiction services for those looking for help.

1

Care rooted in dignity, choice, and connection

MoNetwork offers community-based support for individuals and families navigating substance use, recovery, and complex life circumstances. Our services are designed to meet people in real life, not ideal conditions.

Everything we offer is free.

Everyone is welcome.

2

Supportive Care & Essential Resources

We provide access to practical resources which support health, safety, and informed choice. These services are offered with respect, consistency, and without judgment.

This includes naloxone access and overdose prevention support, health-supporting supplies offered discreetly and responsibly, vending machines and naloxone boxes located throughout the community, and a statewide mail-based naloxone program serving people across Missouri, including rural areas.

Our goal is simple: reduce barriers to care and make life-saving resources accessible to those who need them.

3

Wound Care &
Health Support

MoNetwork offers on-site wound care services provided in a compassionate, non-judgmental setting. We meet immediate health needs while supporting longer-term well-being.

This work includes basic wound care and health support, on-site visits from community partners providing HIV, Hepatitis C, and other health services, and referrals and care coordination for medical follow-up, testing, and treatment.

Care begins with trust. We prioritize safety, dignity, and respect in every interaction.

4

Peer Support & Individual-Defined Recovery

We believe recovery looks different for every person. Our peer support services honor individual-defined recovery, personal goals, and living experience.

Support includes one-on-one peer support, recovery support groups, family support services, recovery-supportive activities fostering connection and belonging, and navigation and referrals for substance use treatment, behavioral health care, housing, employment, and healthcare.

Our peer team walks alongside people, offering encouragement, understanding, and support rooted in shared living experience.

5

Drop-In Community Space

MoNetwork operates a low-barrier drop-in center where people can pause, rest, and take care of basic needs.

The space offers open drop-in access during operating hours, water and coffee, phone access, internet and computer use, space to rest including cots, laundry access, and meeting space for community groups and outside organizations, including recovery meetings.

This space exists to offer safety, connection, and a sense of belonging, with no appointments and no requirements.

6

Outreach & Street-Based Support

Not everyone can access services in a traditional setting. Our outreach teams bring care directly into the community, building trust through consistency and presence.

Outreach includes street-based engagement in downtown St. Louis, North City, and surrounding areas, visits to encampments and other locations where people gather, mobile support and resource connection, and relationship-centered care for individuals experiencing barriers to access.

We go where people are, meeting them with respect and compassion.

7

Community Engagement & Partnership

MoNetwork collaborates with community partners to expand access to care, education, and support.

This work includes community tabling and outreach at local events, on-site partner services offered at MoNetwork, education and resource sharing, and strengthening community connections rooted in living experience.

We believe community care grows through collaboration, trust, and shared responsibility.
