Is IT staff augmentation still worth it in 2026?
Hi all. I see many posts about remote teams and outsourcing. Our company wants to add 3 developers for a new module but we are afraid of quality drop or bad communication. Full-time hiring is too slow. Thinking about staff augmentation services. Has anyone used them recently? Were the engineers actually good or just cheap?

Yes, it is still worth it if you pick the right partner. We used staff augmentation syndicode for our last two projects.
